After completing her pre-chiropractic studies at Rutgers University on academic scholarship, Dr. Ruth Berman graduated Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College in September 1987. She continued her training at Los Angeles Chiropractic College and Palmer Chiropractic College where she took postgraduate courses in Physical Therapy and Sports Injuries. She received Certification by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians in 1993.
Dr. Berman has been practicing in Boynton Beach since 1990. During this time not only has she been interviewed for both newspaper articles and radio shows, but she has also authored her own articles on sports injuries and pain relief for local papers. She was listed in the 2007 Guide to America's Top Chiropractors., and in 2003 she was voted Chiropractor of the Year by the Palm Beach County Chiropractic Society.
Dr. Berman has been honored with listings in Who's Who in Leading Professionals & Executives, Who's Who in Medicine & Health Care and Who's Who in America. She is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, The American Chiropractic Association, Life Chiropractic College Alumni Association, Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Boynton Beach Business Club. She is past-president of The Palm Beach County Chiropractic Society and is still serves on the board of directors. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for Fidelity Federal Bank and Trust.
Dr. Berman has volunteered her time with the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots and local food banks. In her spare time Dr. Berman enjoys traveling and taking language and music lessons.

Dr. Michael Arra, Palm Beach Chiropractic Society's "Chiropractor of the Year" for 2001, was the first chiropractic physician in South Florida to receive a Certification in Spinal Trauma from the International Chiropractors Association. He also holds a Masters' Certification in Whiplash Injuries from The Spine Institute of San Diego.
Graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1987 from Life Chiropractic College, Dr. Arra spent 2 years as staff chiropractor in Atlanta's largest multidisciplinary facility for personal injury patients. He has been practicing in Boynton Beach since 1990 and has lectured to heads in the insurance industry from Allstate to State Farm on the dynamics of Whiplash Injuries.
Dr. Arra has served on the boards of The Child Abuse Prevention Center and The Boynton Beach Sunrise Rotary Club, and is Past President of the Palm Beach County Chiropractic Society. He is also a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association. He has been listed in the prestigious Who's Who in Medicine & Healthcare.
Through the office Dr. Arra has run Food Drives for local charities and has also sponsored a team for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life event. Dr. Arra enjoys traveling, computers and sports.

Dr. Linda J. Palmer is a podiatrist with an office located within Arra Berman Chiropractic at 901 N. Congress Ave., Suite D 104, Boynton Beach, Florida. Dr. Palmer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida. She attended Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences and received a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She performed her residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical School with a Primary Podiatric Medical Residency and went on to a second year of training at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Hospital in Lebanon, Pennsylvania to complete a Podiatric Orthopedic Residency. Dr. Palmer is Board Certified with the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Palmer enjoys all aspects of podiatric medicine including geriatric and pediatric care, diabetic foot care, podiatric dermatology and wound care, sports medicine and biomechanics, sprains, fractures and other trauma. Dr. Palmer also is available for house calls for patients who have difficulty with transportation.
